Pireeni Sundaralingam is a behavior change scientist, futures analyst, and poet, exploring the connections between the brain, human resilience, and creative inquiry. A former advisor to the Irish government, she has led research on society & behavior change for organizations such as Center for Humane Technology (including advising on the documentary “The Social Dilemma”) and Studio Olafur Eliasson; as Principal Advisor on Human Potential for the United Nations Museum she helped mobilize climate action with communities around the world. As a poet, her work has been published in over two dozen literary journals, translated into 5 languages and she has just been appointed Poet Laureate, serving as an “interdisciplinary catalyst” to bring together arts and science thinking at Oxford University’s oldest college.
